The artificial weeping willow is a faux willow with trailing PVC foliage on a resin trunk, measuring 2.1 m tall by 2.0 m across. The bent-neck silhouette and the fall of the branches are what make it read as a willow rather than a generic green tree.

How wide does it spread?

Roughly 2.0 m (6.7 ft) across the canopy against 2.1 m (6.9 ft) of height, so it is nearly as wide as it is tall. Willows are horizontal trees, and a corner that fits the height but not the spread will force the branches against the wall.

What is the trunk made of?

Resin, moulded with bark texture. Resin holds a finer surface detail than plastic and is heavier, which helps a wide-canopied tree stay balanced on its base.

Will it look real up close?

The trailing habit does a lot of work, because a willow's identity is its movement rather than its leaf detail. Under direct inspection the PVC leaves are identifiable. From three or four metres, where it will actually be seen on a stage or showroom floor, it holds.
