Request Canadian DeliveryA faux olive tree with a natural wood trunk and lifelike fruits, sold in metric sizing from 1.5 m to 2.1 m (roughly 4.9 to 6.9 ft). An olive tree brings a settled, Mediterranean read to a room without asking anything of a Canadian window, which is the whole reason this species does so well as an artificial one.
The three sizes — 1.5 m, 1.8 m and 2.1 m — convert to roughly 4.9, 5.9 and 6.9 ft, a slightly shorter top end than several of our other olive trees and well suited to a standard living-room ceiling rather than a double-height space.
The construction centres on the trunk: natural wood, which gives each tree individual grain and character, paired with lifelike fruits along the branches. That puts it in the same family as our other wood-trunk olive trees.

|---|---|---|
| 1.5 m (4.9 ft) | 8 ft | A corner filler; the shortest option in this range. |
| 1.8 m (5.9 ft) | 8 ft | The middle option and the closest to a standard-room default. |
| 2.1 m (6.9 ft) | 9 ft and over | The tallest size; wants real air above the canopy. |
Scale for the room: the tree should have clear air above the canopy and enough floor space for the corner to breathe.
| This tree | Live olive tree indoors in Canada | |
|---|---|---|
| Light required | None | Six to eight hours of direct sun — almost no Canadian interior supplies it |
| Common failure mode | None | Leaf drop within a single winter is the typical result indoors |
| Trunk | Natural wood | Real wood, thickening and silvering with age |
| Cost, year five | Nothing further | Frequently replaced after a failed winter or two |
| Maintenance | A damp cloth occasionally | Watering, feeding, rotation toward the light, pest checks |
Olive is the clearest case in our range for buying artificial. It is a full-sun Mediterranean species, and a Canadian interior does not supply that light for half the year regardless of how good the window is.
Every tree on this site ships compressed. The branches are folded in against the trunk so the box survives transit, and it will come out of that box looking flatter and thinner than the photographs. Opening it out by hand is not an optional finishing touch — it is the difference between a tree that reads as real and one that reads as a prop. Work from the lowest branches upward, pull each stem away from its neighbour, and give the leaves individual angles rather than a uniform fan.
Olive branches are fine and the leaves small, so this tree is slower to fluff convincingly than a broad-leaf tree of the same height — work the inner branches before the outer ones or the canopy looks hollow from the side. On delivery, inspect the pot and the trunk before you unpack fully, and photograph anything that looks damaged.
Yes — the trunk is natural wood, mentioned right alongside the lifelike fruit. It is the detail that makes an olive tree convincing at close range, and no two trunks are quite alike.
The native sizes are 1.5 m, 1.8 m and 2.1 m, and we show the conversions — roughly 4.9, 5.9 and 6.9 ft, rounded to the nearest tenth of a foot — so you can compare against ceiling height in the units most Canadian buyers think in.
Keep this one indoors. Several other olive trees in our range are built for outdoor or covered-outdoor placement; if that is the spot you are furnishing, choose one of those instead.
The 1.8 m (5.9 ft) option is the middle size and the closest to a default choice under an 8 ft ceiling. The 1.5 m (4.9 ft) reads more as a corner filler, and the 2.1 m (6.9 ft) wants roughly two feet of clear air above the canopy or it looks crammed rather than impressive. Measure the corner as well as the ceiling.

Yes, the trunk is natural wood. It's paired with the tree's faux canopy for a base that has real grain and weight rather than a moulded finish.
This one is intended for indoor placement. We don't have a UV or outdoor spec published for it, so we'd keep it inside rather than testing it against direct sun and weather.
We don't have a published figure for that on this tree. Email support@eververda.com before you order and we'll confirm it for you ahead of purchase.
We don't have a published pot material for this tree. Email support@eververda.com before you order if the planter finish matters to your room.
Within the 4.9 to 6.9 ft range, the shorter end suits a corner or a spot beside a sofa at seated eye level, while the top of the range works as a floor-to-ceiling statement in a room with 8 ft or higher ceilings. Measure first.
