Where we ship

Residential pieces ship free to addresses in the United States. Every US order includes tracking, and orders are dispatched from a US warehouse. Canadian delivery of residential pieces and all commercial pieces are quoted individually.

US orders ship domestically from that warehouse, so no duties, import taxes or customs charges apply to them. For delivery outside the United States, including Canada, any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are stated in your quote before you pay.

How long it takes

United States: delivery is free and tracked, and takes 2 to 10 days from order. In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, with the rest of that window being transit.

Canadian delivery is quoted individually. Made-to-order and custom-size pieces are produced to your specification and take considerably longer, typically several weeks. We give you a production estimate in writing before you commit to a made-to-order piece.

Large and project-scale pieces

Items priced at $3,000 CAD and above are not sold through standard checkout. The threshold is set in Canadian dollars, including on the US storefront. These are quoted individually, because freight, access and delivery scheduling all have to be arranged for the specific site. Request a quote and we will price the piece and its delivery together.

On arrival

Shipping damage is the most common problem in this category. Please inspect the pot, trunk and packaging before you accept delivery, and photograph any damage before unpacking further. Damage reported with photographs within 48 hours of delivery is resolved by replacement or refund at our cost.

What to expect when you unpack

Every tree ships compressed, with branches folded against the trunk so the box survives transit. It will look flatter and thinner than the photographs until you open the branches out by hand. This is normal and is not a defect.
