15 ft Fiberglass Olive Tree UV Protected Hotel Lobby

This is a 15 ft artificial olive tree with a fibreglass and metal structure and UV-protected foliage. At 4.5 m it is an oversized specimen for hotel lobbies, atria, shopping centres and covered courtyards - spaces with the ceiling height to carry a tree that a normal room cannot.

How tall is it, really?

15 ft, which is 4.5 m, in one size. Add the height of whatever planter or plinth it sits in when you check your clearance, because a tree specified to the top of the canopy will exceed that figure once it is set into a base.

Will the colour fade in sunlight?

The foliage is UV protected, which slows fading in bright and sunlit positions. UV protection slows the process rather than stopping it, so a tree standing in direct south-facing glass all day will still shift over years more than one in diffuse light.

What is the trunk made of?

A fibreglass body over a metal internal structure. That combination is what allows a 4.5 m tree to stand without guy wires: the metal carries the load and the fibreglass carries the bark texture.
