Carved solid wood, not moulded resin. That is the reason to choose this model over a cheaper welcome pine - real timber has grain that shifts as you move around it, and no two trunks come out identical. It also makes the tall sizes heavy, so plan the lift and check the floor.

Nine options between 4.9 ft (1.5 m) and 13 ft (4.0 m). The 13 ft version is an atrium tree. Under a standard commercial ceiling, 6.6 ft (2.0 m) to 8.2 ft (2.5 m) usually gives the best proportion beside a door or a reception desk.
