Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?
That is precisely what it was specified for. LDPE is a tougher leaf material than silk or thin PVC, so it survives being brushed past in a corridor and wiped down by cleaners on a rota. In visual merchandising, where a tree holds the same window for a full season, that durability matters more than fine detail does.
Will the colour fade in sunlight?
It resists fading under bright interior light, which is the case this tree is made for - a mall atrium or a shopfront window with a lot of daylight coming through it. That is not the same thing as a rated outdoor UV specification, and we are not going to claim one. Keep it behind glass or under cover.
How tall is it, really?
Two sizes: 2.2 m (7.2 ft) and 2.4 m (7.8 ft). Both clear a standard commercial ceiling with room to spare, and both read as full-height trees in a window. If the tree will stand on a plinth or sit in a deep planter, take the 2.2 m and add the height underneath instead.
