The crown measures 300 cm - roughly 10 ft across. That is the number to design around, not the height. Give it three metres of clear floor in every direction, or plan for branches to overhang seating, which is often exactly what you want in a restaurant.
What is the trunk made of?
Real wood, 15-20 cm in diameter. At that thickness the trunk reads as a mature tree rather than a sapling, and it is heavy enough to give the whole assembly a stable centre of gravity. The leaves are PEVA, a softer film than rigid PE.
Can this go outside?
It is described as weatherproof and is sold for gardens and parks as well as interiors. Given the timber trunk, we would still put it somewhere with some overhead shelter for a permanent outdoor installation - wood and standing water are never a good long-term pairing.
