How tall is it, really?

Six sizes between 9.8 ft (3 m) and 26.2 ft (8 m). A 3 m tree suits a mall entrance or a large atrium; 6 m and above needs open ground and a clear approach for the install crew.

Does it come with lights fitted?

Yes - more than 2,000 LEDs on a plug-in system, in a warm light tone. Lights come integrated rather than as a separate dressing job, which on an 8 m tree saves a day of labour and a scaffold tower.

Why red rather than green?

Red carries at distance in a way green does not, especially against grey winter buildings and wet tarmac. It is a display decision rather than a botanical one: this tree is designed to be seen from 50 m away, not inspected from three.
