In sections. A 5 m tree cannot ship assembled, so the trunk arrives in parts with the branch sets separate, and it is built up on site from the base. Budget half a day and two people, and open the canopy out fully before you decide it looks thin.
What is the trunk made of?
Fiberglass, moulded with bark relief and jointed for assembly. It carries the load while the branches and leaves stay in plastic, which keeps the canopy light enough to hang off a 5 m trunk without the whole thing wanting to fold.
Can this go outside?
It is built water resistant and UV resistant, so covered outdoor positions are within scope - a mall entrance, an atrium open at one side, a colonnade. At this height, anchoring is a structural question and should go to your contractor.
