How tall is it, really?
Three heights: 150 cm (4.9 ft), 180 cm (5.9 ft) and 210 cm (6.9 ft). The 180 cm size is what most rooms actually want - roughly human height, so it fills a corner without either disappearing or dominating. The 210 cm version needs a little more ceiling above it to breathe.
Will it look real up close?
The density helps it. Ficus carries small, closely packed leaves, and a dense canopy hides the branch joints that give cheaper artificial trees away. What you will notice at close range is that every leaf is the same shade of green, where a living ficus has paler new growth at the tips.
Does it need any maintenance?
Dusting, plus an occasional reshaping of the canopy. Plastic leaves wipe clean, and because these leaves are small a soft brush or a burst of air is far quicker than wiping each one. Nothing else applies: no light, no water, no feeding, no leaf drop.
